Worship Experience Fall 2022

We are worshiping in our newly renovated lower hall while work continues in our sanctuary.

By 9:30 am the ushers and greeters have arrived and begin getting things set to welcome you to worship . Parking is available along Renfrew and Church Streets as well as the parking lot at the funeral home on Renfrew (as long as there is no funeral that morning) and in the parking lot close to Isabella and Church St.

When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our members and handed a program (also called a bulletin) that guides you through the worship service itself.  The words in Bold print are for everyone to say together.

Words to songs will be projected on the wall so you do not have to juggle our song books. Many Sundays there is a large screen that also has the words. 

At 9:50 am Joyce, our Music Director begins to play some music.  Many people use this time to say a quick 'hi' to their neighbours and then  use the time to relax, put away their mental 'to do' lists and prepare to sing and listen, respond, pray and find some silence.  Doing these things together with other people creates a different way to be with the Creator of Life than when you meditate by yourself. There is a lot of sacred energy between us and within us!
